House Rules
Please Note:
We require a refundable breakage deposit of R1000 for all apartments except 3 bedroom will be R1500 and a once off cleaning fee of R350 for all apartments. If you break anything please inform us immediately.
When checking out of the apartment, make sure that you have removed all your belongings. Late check out will result in guest being charged a late checkout fee of R250 per hour.
Please adhere to the apartment rules
Guest:
- Check in time between 14h00 and 19h00 / check out time is latest 10h00.
- The guest must park his vehicle in the visitors parking bay.
- Should the guest not park in his allocated parking bay, the vehicle shall be clamped by the security and will pay a release fine of R500.
- A Guest shall not wash a motor or any other vehicle in a parking bay.
· Apartment should be accessible to the staff at all times for daily checks and cleaning.
· No display of washing on the balconies / This will be as result R1000 fine.
· No loud music all hours of the day and nights, especially between 10pm - 2am
· No overnight stay of GUESTS – PENALTY of a R1000 for overnight stay of guests.
· No Smoking in the apartment. – Penalty Charge R1000
· No pets allowed.
· No running around in the building
· No children playing on the balcony ledges.
· No slamming doors open and closed.
· Respect the common area of the complex
Refuse Disposal:
· Maintain in a hygienic and dry condition, a receptible for refuse within his section.
· Ensure that before refuse is placed in such receptible it is securely wrapped or in the case of tins or other containers. Completely drained.
· A guest of a section shall not deposit, throw or permit or allow to be deposited or thrown, on the common property and rubbish, including dirt, cigarette butts, food scraps or any other litter whatsoever.
Cancellation Policy:
- If reservation is cancelled up to 21 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total stay will be charged
- If the reservation is cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total stay will be charged
- In the event of no-shows, 100% of the total stay will be charged
- No refund will be given for early departure.
- No refund will be given if guests are checking in later than original confirmed checking in date.
With having regard for this situation worldwide regarding the spread of Corona virus. We are prepared to accommodate our guest by providing a credit on the accommodation valid for 6 months. Or such extended period of time as we may allow which is at our sole discretion. Alternatively, our standard cancellation policy will apply.
